Audiovisual and technical services
Given that we are situated on one of the most sophisticated research parks, it is hardly surprising that the Wellcome Trust Conference Centre offers the most advanced audiovisual (AV) and technical capabilities. Every room has a data projector and screen as standard and all working spaces are wifi enabled, however a host of other equipment can be accessed and supported by our team. Do ask for a full quote for your technical requirements.
AV is provided on request through partners for our smaller rooms including but not limited to:

The Francis Crick Auditorium has an integrated AMX control system, which can be operated from a touch-screen computer system on the rostrum, or the projection room. The Auditorium is equipped with the following as standard, as part of the delegate package or any room hire rate:

The Rosalind Franklin Pavilion is a dedicated IT training room. Included in the package:
- 20 workstations (seat one or two trainees) and one trainer's workstation
- each workstation has a dual-boot computer
- dual operating systems (Microsoft Windows 2000 or Red Hat Linux)
- data projector
- printer
- high-speed Internet access
- technical support for the facilities and operating systems
